We operate a full property maintenance service covering a multiple of services across all trades. Both reactive, planned & preventative works for a variety of clients.We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you(9am pm Monday to Friday - office based in our HQ Dublin 24)Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and updates.Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field techniciansTrack and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.Communicate with customers about service status, delays, or additional needsMaintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer communicationsCollaborate with the service team to optimize schedules and dispatch resources effectivelyHandle billing and invoicing for completed servicesAssist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer-service-oriented with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentExperience in the service industry or technical field (preferred)Salary neg based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeExperience:similar role : 2 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
