Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for next-generation digital learning platforms used by schools and educators across Ireland.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to shape innovative EdTech solutions that make great learning easier for teachers and students.
Key Responsibilities
* Articulate the product vision and strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Design leads.
* Prioritize long-term strategic goals while delivering rapid value to customers through iterative releases.
* Analyze user needs, curriculum trends, education technology advancements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
* Break down complex problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications.
* Engage directly with teachers, schools, and internal teams to validate ideas and build customer-centric features.
* Drive decisions with data insights, A/B testing, and user feedback.
* Define KPIs and mechanisms to measure product success and business impact.
* Present roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with B2B/B2B2C SaaS or digital platforms.
* A proven track record shipping complex products in fast-paced environments.
* A strong technical aptitude with experience in modern web/mobile technologies and integrations.
* Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
* Mastery of written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presenting to executives.
* Comfortable making tough trade-offs balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
* Experience in EdTech, publishing, or education-focused products is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with API integrations and working with distributed/remote teams is advantageous.
