Commercial Insurance Claims Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
Responsibilities:
* Claim Management: Register and maintain accurate claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
* Liaison: Liaise with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
* Client Updates: Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: APA qualified is a must.
* Experience: Some claims handling experience is a must.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
