Barden are supporting a leading global finance advisory firm in seeking an experienced and innovative Director to join the team in Dublin.This role is pivotal in driving high-impact engagements, shaping financial transformation initiatives, and delivering exceptional insights to senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of clients.Key Responsibilities:Engagement Leadership:Lead multiple complex finance transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.Client Relationship Management:Build and sustain strong, trust‑based relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives. Act as a trusted advisor on finance strategy, processes, systems, and controls.Business Development:Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and participate in thought leadership activities to expand service lines and deepen market presence.Team Development:Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented culture. Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.Technical Excellence:Oversee the design and implementation of finance operating models, ERP, FP&A deployments, reporting and analytics solutions, and process optimisation initiatives. Ensure best practices and rigorous quality standards.Financial Oversight:Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
