Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations, prepare grilled items to order, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Fantastic grill work, prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables.
* Ensure all dishes are presented consistently and to a high standard.
* Maintain a clean and safe workstation in line with food hygiene regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when needed.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to support smooth service.
* Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders.
* Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

40–42 hours per week over 5 days
