Reperio has partnered with a large-scale enterprise programme in West Dublin seeking an experienced Test Manager. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex technology implementations, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on testing experience.
This is an initial 6-month daily rate contract (with potential renewal) requiring 2 days onsite per week.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7+ years' Test Manager experience in complex technology implementations within large enterprises.
2. Proven experience across multiple stacks: ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, digital & mobile apps.
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable liaising with technical teams and senior leadership.
4. Demonstrated quality and delivery mindset in fast-paced environments.
5. Solid background in both automation and manual testing.
6. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (including Test Module).
7. Extensive defect management experience.
8. Proven ability to compile and present weekly test reports across multiple projects.
9. Experience coordinating multiple test teams, ensuring deliverables meet project and quality requirements.
10. Deep understanding of SDLC & STLC, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Desirable:
11. Experience with SAP Integration Testing.
12. Proactive Test Manager who thrives in less structured environments.
13. Strong self-management, with a focus on openness and transparency.
14. Experience mentoring testers and supporting knowledge transfer.
15. Previous involvement in UAT management and coordination.
16. Experience with RAID management.
17. Collaborative approach, working closely with Automation Leads on regression and crossover testing phases.
18. Based in Ireland, ideally Dublin, to facilitate hybrid working.
