EZ Living Interiors is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in management of day-to-day store operations
* Lead and motivate sales team to deliver consistently high KPIs
* Champion superior customer service in-store
* Foster a collaborative environment among sales team members
* Coach and develop highly motivated salespeople
* Assist store manager with store administration tasks
* Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and presentation
* Liaise with visual merchandising team to ensure showroom appearance
