What You'll Be Doing:
Working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining IT systems, including PCs, networking setups, and mobile devices.
Responding to and escalating support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance services.
Collaborating with help desks and support centers to ensure seamless IT operations.
Assisting in the development of repair and testing processes.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an IT Support or similar role.
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – you love a good challenge
A team player with great time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people.
Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to streamline workflows.
