This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to lead a busy bars operation within a well-established property known for exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the bars department, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and strong financial and stock control procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the hotel's bars and bar staff Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain premium hospitality standards Support the achievement of departmental financial targets and profitability goals Work closely with stock takers and accounts teams to investigate and resolve stock or cash discrepancies Maintain effective stock management and security procedures Lead and motivate the team while promoting strong communication across departments Carry out regular stock audits, including beverages, glassware, and supplies Ensure all goods and services are accurately recorded and signed for Monitor all cash handling and credit transactions in line with company procedures Assist with staff scheduling and rostering to meet operational requirements and budgets Requirements Previous experience in a Bars Manager or similar hospitality management role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to thrive in a busy environment Positive, hands-on, and proactive approach to work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English, both written and spoken Full legal entitlement to work in Ireland What's on Offer Salary of €40,000 - €45,000 DOE Excellent opportunities for career progression and development Meals provided on duty Employee referral programme Staff discounts On-site parking Employee Assistance Programme Wellness and wellbeing initiatives Staff recognition and reward schemes Skills: Hospitality Bar Management Bartender
