The role of Sales Advisor at our Trade Electrical Counter is to provide our customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service.
The successful candidate will also promote the company's products and services in a professional manner and deliver a superior standard of customer care to our existing customers.
Full Time – 39 hours per week – Mon to Saturday
Key Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
Act as the first point of contact with customers both at the counter, on the phone and by e-mail
Sales support and lead generation for electrical trade sales team
Monitor customer orders and deliveries
Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling
Process orders, confirm stock position and communicate with colleagues and customers to order completion and beyond;
Providing sales and technical support on products for customers
Daily warehouse duties
Picking orders and loading deliveries
Any other reasonable duties which may arise
Other Requirements:
Must be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a drive for selling
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
IT literacy
Experience in electrical trade is desirable, but not essential.
