Senior Calibration Technician Kerry The Role: Hanley Calibration are looking for fixed site Senior Calibration Technician.
The successful candidate will report directly to Site Calibration Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of Calibration Technicians to perform commissioning, routine, and non-routine calibrations.
Oversee the repair troubleshoot on all process control systems, manufacturing, black clean utilities, warehouse and analytical labs throughout the Customer site.
All candidates are required to have 10+ years experience.
Duties Responsibilities: Report directly to Site Manager, manage schedule calibration team.
Oversee the completion of calibrations for process, utility and analytical lab equipment and systems related to instruments and control systems with calibration team structure as generated via a CMMS.
Ensure work is completed in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with applicable cGMP procedures.
Ensure that instrumentation and calibration documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable cGMP and GDP procedures.
Carry out corrective/reactive maintenance on Instrumentation as requested.
Recommend and implement improvement ideas to enhance the instrumentation and metrology functions and other business processes.
Manage and prioritize workload to ensure that assigned activities are completed effectively and on time.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Time served Electrical Instrumentation (E I) or Instrumentation (I) qualified or B.Sc.
Degree in instrument / electronic engineering or equivalent.
10+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical device industry.
Proven fault finding/trouble shooting skills.
Ability to interpret loop sheets, electrical schematics, P ID's, I/O wiring and panel drawings.
Working knowledge of all Calibration methods.
