The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee a new civils and utilities project in the Malahide area.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Provide leadership to the site team, including foremen, subcontractors, and direct labour.
Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule, budget, and resource plan.
Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and utility providers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Oversee the management of quality control and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress to senior management.
Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil engineering or utilities projects is essential.
A relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience working on projects in urban settings and within road corridors is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
A valid Safe Pass card is required.
