Job Description
This role is a key part of our team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
As the go-to Level 3 escalation point, you will be working closely with engineers and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
* Hands-on experience with Azure, Sonic Wall firewalls, Office 365, servers, and networking.
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have strong MSP experience in Ireland, with a focus on working with SMEs. They should also have hands-on expertise in Azure, Sonic Wall firewalls, Office 365 setup and migrations, Windows Server / Active Directory, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as L3 escalation for complex technical issues.
2. Deliver client projects: Azure deployments, site-to-site VPNs, firewall configurations, Office 365 migrations, and hybrid cloud transitions.
3. Work directly with SMEs as their single technical point of contact.
4. Partner with sales and management on pre-sales and solution design.
5. Mentor L2 engineers and support their development.
6. Drive efficiency and best practice in a fast-moving environment.

Technical Requirements:
* Azure (infrastructure, provisioning, VPNs)
* Sonic Wall firewalls
* Office 365 setup and migrations
* Windows Server / Active Directory (on-prem + hybrid)
* Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi, Vo IP)
Soft Skills:
* Strong client-facing and people skills - comfortable as the single point of contact.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment.
