Working as part of the Quality Team, you will help ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and customer standards while supporting day-to-day factory operations. The role Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and legislative standards. Work closely with Production teams to ensure products are prepared and packed to specification. Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions. Carry out product inspections, validations, and quality checks across the factory. Complete and maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Conduct calibration checks on equipment including probes, scales, and data loggers. Support cleaning and hygiene verification through ATP and environmental swabbing. Assist with CCP validations, allergen checks, and process verifications. About You Previous experience within food production or manufacturing preferred. Qualification in Food Science or related discipline desirable. Good understanding of food safety and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
