What You'll Do
* Interpret and enforce platform policies, including Community Standards, Advertiser & Commerce Policies, and Intellectual Property Regulations.
* Investigate and resolve high-priority escalations, including legal rights infringements and partner inquiries.
* Collaborate with global teams (Legal, Public Policy, Product, Operations) to develop solutions for complex cases.
* Analyze escalation trends and provide insights to improve processes and policies.
* Handle sensitive content with care and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in online operations, escalations, project management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage high-pressure cases and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluency in
Japanese
(required).
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Public Policy, or related field.
* Experience with analytical tools (Excel, SQL).
* Knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends.
