Exciting new opportunity for a TA Partner/Specialist to join a leading global organisation as they embark on their growth journey. Based in Cork, this is a 6-month contract role with excellent hybrid working conditions on offer. The TA Partner will play an integral role within the current TA team, supporting roles both locally and across Europe. They will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including pipelining talent, supporting hiring managers with current and future hiring needs, budget management, agency management, conducting interviews and working closely with marketing to drive awareness of brand in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record operating in a similar role, excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
