Programme Supervisor Role
As a highly skilled Programme Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management of our centre. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating a team of programme facilitators and care workers, ensuring high-quality health and safety management, and providing effective support planning and person-centred planning.
* Supervise and coordinate a team of programme facilitators and care workers to deliver a truly person-centred service for all clients.
* Develop and implement effective support plans that meet the needs of clients, in line with New Directions policy.
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of services, ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of clients.
You will be responsible for talent acquisition, service user referrals, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
