Reliability Engineer
Maintenance operations require a strategic approach to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. The right leadership can drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team.
About the Role:
* Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
* Oversee and optimize preventative maintenance programs using CMMS technology.
* Plan and execute CAPEX projects from design through installation and commissioning.
* Develop and manage maintenance budgets, forecasting costs and controlling expenses.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
* Troubleshoot complex equipment faults to minimize production disruption.
* Maintain procedures, SOPs, and documentation, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
* Drive initiatives to enhance asset reliability, efficiency, and process improvement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (trade or third-level qualification).
* Proven experience as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor managing a large team.
* Strong maintenance management experience in manufacturing environments.
* Leadership, budgeting, CAPEX project management, and troubleshooting skills.
