Senior Engineer Role
As a seasoned construction professional, you will have the opportunity to lead engineering strategy and oversee on-site technical control. The company specializes in large-scale projects across sectors like commercial, residential, infrastructure, healthcare, and life sciences.
This position involves providing oversight for setting out, QA, record keeping, and engineering deliverables, as well as coordinating and managing temporary works and lifting operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding site engineers and graduates.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or equivalent) and some forms of Temporary Works Coordinator training and scaffold awareness. They should also have experience in construction site engineering with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
* Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and risk assessments
* Identify and resolve technical queries and RFIs
* Drive timely close out of non-conformances and maintain robust documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and technical skills
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or equivalent)
