Technology Release ManagerDublin, Ireland (Hybrid)12-Month Contract | Competitive Day RateWe're looking for a talented Release Manager to take ownership of release strategy and delivery for a major technology programme. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape how releases are managed, build out processes and governance, and make sure everything from versioning to deployment runs smoothly.You'll also have the chance to grow and lead a small team of release gatekeepers, ensuring every release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments, collaborating across teams, and driving real improvement in how technology is delivered.What you'll be doingDesigning and rolling out a release management strategy that ensures consistent, reliable software delivery.Defining governance processes and clear acceptance criteria for releases.Leading and developing a team that ensures all releases are on time and of the right quality.Working closely with scrum teams, product owners, and developers to keep delivery on track.Introducing automation and DevOps best practices to make releases faster and more efficient.Acting as the key link between development, operations, and business teams to align on release schedules.Monitoring and reporting on release performance, highlighting risks and improvements.What we're looking forProven experience leading release management in a fast-paced technology environment.A track record of building and managing teams with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Strong knowledge of version control, release governance, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Experience in global environments or with technology transformation projects would be a real plus.The Details12-month day rate contractHybrid working, based in DublinCompetitive day rate on offerAt Hadfield Green, we believe in building diverse, inclusive teams.
