Key Responsibilities
Prepare food in a busy café (sandwiches, paninis, hot food)
Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages
Take customer orders, process payments, and manage the till
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
Support other team members and adapt to different tasks as needed
Qualifications, Experience, & Competencies
Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
Team player who values integrity and respect
Good communication skills
