Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East are now looking to recruit experienced Beverage Manager to join our dynamic F&B Team in the Lobby Lounge located in The Spencer Hotel. Overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublins financial district. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk from OConnell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes walk from the Hotel. Some of the responsibilities will include: - Ensure effective day to day operational running of our Bar during the busy service. - Effectively train and manage the Bar team on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures. - To promote and ensure the highest levels of Customer Care and attention to detail. - Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, beverage products, health & safety and sanitation standards - Support the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.
