The successful candidate will assist in preparing project documentation, support procurement processes, and deliver projects on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders across multiple business units.
* Collaborate in the preparation of project documentation, programmes, schedules, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support procurement by reviewing and approving contractor documents in line with contract requirements.
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.
* Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and forecasting.
* Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement procedures across project sites.
* Oversee budgets, valuations, and costs while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Identify and initiate necessary change control processes.
* Proactively plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
* Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
* Ensure high-quality construction standards and the use of best construction practices.
* Manage the workflow of contractors, ensuring compliance with site programmes.
* Provide guidance, training, and oversight to team members under your responsibility.
* Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and/or consultants to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead contractual negotiations and advise Project Managers where necessary.
