Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet targets by engaging with customers and offering relevant products while establishing new relationships.
2. Address customer inquiries and escalate unresolved or technical issues to the appropriate department.
3. Complete necessary industry certifications and professional development hours as applicable.
4. Display adaptability and participate in office tasks as required.
5. Rewrite follow-ups and revisions, identifying opportunities for growth, and proposing improvements when necessary.
Eligible Candidate Requirements:
1. Hold APA or CIP qualifications.
2. Complete CPD hours aligned with Minimum Competency requirements.
3. Possess experience in sales and customer service.
4. Previous insurance/financial services experience is advantageous.
5. Demonstrate strong communication skills.
6. Exhibit passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
