Type: Permanent Part-Time Contract, 25 hours per week
Location: Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Salary: Clerical Officer Grade IV Salary Scale: Point 1 €25,182 to max Point 8 €34,239 (pro-rated)
Role Overview
The Administrator will work with the Quality, Risk and Safety Team to support continuous improvement and development in Kare.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Manage Kares Information Management System - CID helpdesk, responding to queries
* Develop, implement, review, and improve CID with stakeholders
* Generate reports from CID and present data clearly
* Attend meetings, take minutes, prepare agendas, and schedule meetings electronically
* Enter data into the National Incident Management System, ensuring timely reporting
* Oversee Health and Safety documentation and administration
* Support the service user advocacy group administratively
* Travel between Kare locations as required
Requirements
* Relevant secretarial/administration qualification or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
* Knowledge of IT/Database systems
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Strong administration skills, including email correspondence
* Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good organizational skills and multitasking ability
* Knowledge of community/voluntary/public sector is advantageous
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
* Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle
