Front Office Receptionist Position

We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our hotel team.

* Deliver exceptional service to guests at all times
* Maintain seamless front office operations, including check-in and check-out of guests at reception
* Handle guest inquiries and process payment for guests' bills on check-out
* Coordinate check-in for large tour groups and room allocations
* Take reservation calls as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A positive, professional and friendly demeanor
* Excellent customer care skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* IT proficiency, with experience with Hotsoft desirable
