Maintenance Electrician Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities maintenance technician to join our team. As a maintenance electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our facility.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Electrical Systems: Fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, car parking equipment, lifts, POD carrier system, catering equipment repairs and maintenance.
3. Skill Requirements:
4. Proven experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
5. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and their operation.
6. Ability to work at heights and confined spaces.
7. Preferred Qualifications:
8. Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field.
9. Certification in first aid and firefighting an advantage.
