Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
* Lead a team of staff members in delivering high-quality services that prioritize individual needs and preferences.
* Liaise with families, schools, and day program staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of support.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing each person's Personal Plan through regular reviews and updates.
* Managing key operational areas, including safety, risk, finances, transport, and rosters.
* Providing leadership, supervision, and performance management for assigned staff members.
As a system leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation, improving processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
You will also be expected to:
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
* Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
