Corporate Legal Counsel – Aviation Finance | Leading Aviation Lessor | Dublin or London
Are you a mid‑level lawyer looking to work at the heart of global aviation finance? Our client, one of the world's largest aircraft lessor, is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Legal team in Dublin or London.
The Role
You’ll take an active role in structuring and negotiating the legal aspects of high‑value aircraft financing, trading and procurement transactions, working directly with banks, export credit agencies, OEMs and their counsel across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands‑on position with real responsibility from day one, closing complex deals under tight timeframes alongside some of the best aviation lawyers in the industry.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years PQE from a leading law firm or in‑house legal team
Background in corporate, banking or litigation — aviation experience is a plus but not essential
Strong commercial instincts, sharp analytical ability and excellent communication skills
Someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative and can juggle competing priorities
