Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of stores within a defined region.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational standards, and customer experience across multiple locations, while leading and developing a team of Store Managers.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, with regular store visits to ensure standards, execution, and commercial performance are consistently delivered.
You will act as the key link between stores and senior leadership, translating strategy into action on the shop floor.
A core part of the role will include coaching Store Managers, building strong teams, and developing a high-performing talent pipeline across your area.
You will also oversee budgets, campaigns, and performance KPIs, ensuring each store is set up for success.
We are looking for a strong multi-site retail leader with proven experience delivering results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, along with the ability to inspire teams and drive consistent operational excellence.
