Job Title: Professional Development and Learning Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of education and training policies, ensuring compliance with national legislation and EU directives.
* Manage the accreditation and re-accreditation of programs, guaranteeing alignment with national standards.
* Develop and implement revised accreditation standards and procedures, including related policies.
* Promote ongoing professional competence within the professions.
* Provide strategic advice to Council and Committees, preparing reports and presenting policy updates.
* Administer registration eligibility examinations and assess qualification recognition for national and international applicants.
* Raise the organization's profile through collaborations with educational institutions, regulators, government bodies, and other stakeholders domestically and internationally.
* Lead assigned staff and manage resources effectively.
Essential Criteria:
* A minimum of three years of management experience in higher education, policy development, regulation, or professional development.
* A relevant degree at level 8 or above.
* A proven track record in strategic planning, policy implementation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with experience engaging at Board or Committee level.
