We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide vital support to both Retail and Logistics Operations teams at our Head Office.
This is a key role offering exposure to multiple areas of operations, including operational support, issue resolution, and reporting.
* Provide administrative support across operations and other departments
* Investigate and escalate operational issues to relevant managers
* Monitor compliance with operational, health & safety, and store/warehouse standards
* Assist in compiling and analysing operational and sales data
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficient in general computer skills.
