I am looking to speak to German speaking sales professionals and people managers looking for a new and exciting opportunity with growing company based in Dublin city centre.
The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer. This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes / guidelines / training related to quality control and departmental efficiency by coordinating with other team leads and colleagues working on the same customer projects.
What does the typical day look like:
1. Manage a team of successful sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training and feedback; Delegating tasks effectively
2. Performance Management, setting clear expectations
3. Providing forecasts and reviews
4. Reporting, presenting report to internal and external stakeholders
What are we looking for:
5. Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
6. Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team
7. Minimum of 2 years's experience in a sales role
8. Solution driven mentality and effective time management skills
9. Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching and leadership
