Our company is seeking a highly experienced financial professional to lead our financial operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective financial planning and management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our company meets all relevant financial regulations and standards, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our senior leadership team to provide strategic financial advice and support, and to ensure that our financial operations are aligned with our overall business objectives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial services business, preferably in the insurance sector.
