About Your New Employer:
Our client is within the construction industry and located in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
They are looking for a permanent, part-time HR Manager that will work 13 days a week.
This role will be a standalone role, working on-site.
About Your New Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers.
Lead onboarding for all new starters and ensure smooth inductions.
Handle HR administration including contracts, records, and compliance.
Manage auto-enrolment pension queries, enrolments, and opt-in/opt-out requests.
Support monthly payroll with accurate HR data and updates.
Track annual leave, absences, and timesheet-related queries.
Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and employment law compliance.
Assist with performance reviews, probations, and manager support.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
What Skills You Need:
3-5 years' experience in a similar role including recruitment and HR duties
Relevant HR degree or equivalent
CIPD qualification / membership
Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its application
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
A self-sufficient HR professional who is comfortable building processes and HR structure
Excellent communication and administrative skills
People-oriented HR professional
Ability to work under pressure
