We're opening a new role for someone who can support our technicians and installation crews in our busy appliance repair centre. Gencat is a leading service provider for major home appliance brands. From our Ballycoolin service and distribution centre in Dublin 11, we service all 32 counties, delivering and installing new appliances and collecting others for repair in our dedicated workshop.
This position will put you right at the heart of our operation. You'll be the key link between customers, manufacturers, and our service centre team. You'll receive full training on our customer relationship management system, and you'll work closely with experienced colleagues across our repair and logistics departments, learning how everything connects.
