**Job Title:** Shop Manager
This role requires an individual who is proactive and driven, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. As a shop manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
Responsibilities:
* Operate the site in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service standards.
* Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
* Perform various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance, including cash management and stock control.
* Motivate and lead employees by assisting in their training, coaching, and development.
* Assume responsibility for the site when the site director is absent.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 1-2 years.
* Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Willingsness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
