We are recruiting a Membership Coordinator to join a Credit Union who are based in the North Dublin City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual to join the membership team in this large and successful Credit Union.
On Offer: 12 month contract.
Job Purpose The Membership Team Member will report to the Digital Transformation Manager and will be primarily responsible for the management of new member applications through to completion.
Membership Team Duties Day to day management of the membership process Responsible for monitoring the membership phone line, O365 shared mailbox & ID-Pal Liaising with staff & potential new members on all membership queries Work alongside the Membership Officer in correcting any compliance issues noted Monthly follow up of new member accounts not meeting the minimum share balance Monthly filing of membership application forms Ad Hoc Duties Processing of Quarterly Member Statements Dormant account processing & follow up The above list is not exhaustive and may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business.
Requirements Detail oriented with strong computer literacy skills, in particular MS Excel.
Min 2 years administration experience.
Excellent administrative, organisational and support skills.
Ability to prioritise issues and escalate accordingly.
Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with members in a confident and professional manner.
Active listening skills to accurately respond to enquiries and requests.
Flexibility and adaptability to learn and work on different tasks, in different situations.
QFA/CUA qualification - Must be willing to undertake necessary exams if required.
Knowledge of Progress system desirable.
Hours 35hrs per week, 9am-5pm .
After a successful training period a hybrid model is available, 2 days in the office and 3 wfh.
