Transformation Expert for Public Sector Organisations
Role Overview:
This is a senior consultant role where you'll help public sector bodies modernise their organisations through strategic transformation.
You'll collaborate with government departments and agencies to drive impactful change, affecting citizens and government workers.
As an experienced consultant, you'll learn from industry leaders and benefit from the global community.
* Develop work plans, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
* Apply personal insight to resolve complex client issues.
* Conduct data analysis and strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities.
* Present insights clearly and logically.
* Deliver client-ready outputs and manage client relationships.
* Guide junior team members in client engagements.
* Engage confidently with senior clients and manage expectations.
* Understand client needs and support proposal development.
About You:
* Experience in consulting or in-house environments delivering transformation projects.
* Skills in strategy design, service design, operating model design & delivery, organisational transformation, project management, data analytics, operational excellence, or digital transformations.
* Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and creativity.
* Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively.
* Understanding of government/public sector policy and structure.
* Experience with government and public sector partners in areas like justice, health, transport, and education.
* Relevant 3rd level qualifications; professional project management qualifications preferred but not essential.
