Role Objectives
* Create and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements of banking applications and internal systems.
* Identify, report, and track defects on systems under test.
* Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira and Xray.
* Work with teams in an Agile process/environment – emphasis on collaboration with onsite team.
* Analyse test results and look for ways to improve processes.
* Prioritize tasks and projects daily.

Position Requirements
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a large-scale software development environment.
* Experience within Governance, Risk, Compliance applications.
* Experience of working in Agile scrum teams.
* Familiarity with processes and best practices of iterative development processes, SDLC, Agile methodologies.
* Someone who is passionate about QA as a career and experience working in an Agile Environment.
* Must have strong analytical, strategic & innovative skills.
* Strong communication skills and collaboration skills are essential.
* Must be flexible and able to follow potential directional changes efficiently and effectively as required.
* Ability to multitask, use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
* Ability to Troubleshoot and analyse issues while suggesting improvements and workarounds.
* Must be strategic & innovative in the approach to transform teams.
* Provide detailed reporting to senior management on progress implementation & progress.
* Experience in Test Case Design using Functional and Non-functional requirements.
Technical
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Design and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements of the Governance, Risk, Compliance applications and integrated systems.
* Identify, report, and track defects in the application and integrated systems.
* Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for regression testing using Xray in Jira.
* Develop and maintain test data for the application and integrated systems.
* Analyse test results and provide feedback to the development team for improving the application and integrated systems.
* Report to the Test Manager and provide detailed test results, which assess the quality of the application/system under test.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good written, oral and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and ability to thrive in a deadline driven, stressful project environment.
Work with onsite in Tralee office as part of Agile team
