HR Director
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. They will have a strong track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that foster innovation, engagement, and organisational effectiveness
* Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance
* Build leadership capability through coaching, development programmes, and a strong culture of accountability
* Drive continuous improvement through workforce planning, people metrics, and talent initiatives
* Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of local and global projects
Requirements:
* Degree in HR or related field (postgraduate preferred)
* 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations
* Strong knowledge of Irish and EU employment law
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organisations and influencing at all levels
