* Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
* Foster a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
Requirements
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
* A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading teams to achieve results.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
