Conference & Events Sales Director
As a seasoned Conference and Events Sales professional, you will spearhead the growth of the hotel's meetings, conferences, weddings, and events business. This dynamic role involves leading proactive and reactive sales efforts to develop the conference and corporate events portfolio.
1. Develop strategic partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and conversion targets across conferences and events.
You will be responsible for fostering exceptional customer service and managing long-term client relationships. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a team of event sales executives and providing guidance on commercial strategy development.
Achieving seamless delivery through effective handover to operations is crucial for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In this capacity, you will also be responsible for collaborating closely with the Revenue team and Cluster BDMs to shape product pricing and sales strategies.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and conversion targets. Your meticulous approach to reporting and administrative tasks will ensure accurate and efficient completion of duties.
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of Event Sales Executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
* Sales & Business Development: Foster strategic partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and conversion targets.
* Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies that meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets.
* Client & Event Lifecycle Management: Deliver exceptional customer service and manage long-term client relationships.
* Reporting & Administration: Ensure accurate and efficient completion of reporting and administrative tasks.
