Job Role Summary
Main responsibilities involve supervising community employment participants and the work undertaken by them on the project. Additionally, you will serve as a first point of contact for community employment participants.
This role entails implementing local management decisions concerning community employment participants, liaising with centre management committees and community employment participants, and maintaining relevant attendance records.
About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time position that requires working 39 hours per week, regardless of the specific work arrangements for the participants. The working hours may coincide with those of the participants or exceed 39 hours per week in certain situations.
The council reserves the right to modify the supervisor's working hours from time to time.
About You: Essential Requirements
* You must hold a major award at NFQ Level 6 or higher in Business, Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
* You should possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
* Your ICT skills should be proficient, specifically in MS Office applications.
