Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communication, and overseeing various administrative tasks. As a trusted partner to executives, the Executive Assistant anticipates needs, manages priorities, and contributes to maintaining an efficient and professional workflow. Key Responsibilities

* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating logistics.

* Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking.
* Support meeting preparation by drafting agendas, gathering materials, and recording minutes.

* Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold professional standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
