Project Lead for Energy and Planning
As a key member of our energy and planning team, this role involves delivering projects on time, within set parameters, and to agreed quality standards.
1. Oversee project delivery to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
2. Plan and oversee CAD documentation for design work, collaborating closely with project engineers and engineering technicians.
3. Participate in meetings with clients and other professionals to discuss project progress and expectations.
4. Ensure adherence to our quality assurance and management systems.
5. Comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
6. Coordinate work effectively with other members of the project team.
This position offers exposure to a variety of project types, as we have a broad spectrum of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* At least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
* Consultancy experience preferred.
* A proactive and organized professional.
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Experience liaising with external stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
* Familiarity with public works contracts is advantageous.
* Able to work independently and efficiently.
* Flexible and collaborative team player.
* Willingsness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
* Full driving license required.
