Enterprise LAN & Data Center: Own the lifecycle and performance of our global wired network and hybrid data centers, heavily utilizing Cisco Catalyst (9000s) and Nexus environments.
Proactive Observability: Leverage telemetry and APIs via tools like LogicMonitor, SolarWinds NCM, and ThousandEyes to detect and auto‑remediate network anomalies before they impact users.
Escalation & Mentorship: Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex global incidents and champion an SRE culture (SLAs, SLOs, blameless post‑mortems) within the networking team.
What You Bring
Network Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Nornir).
Version Control & CI/CD: Experience managing network configurations using Git, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
