Company Secretary Role
Our client is a leading law firm, seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their Corporate Governance team. This senior role involves managing a portfolio of clients and providing professional services for company secretarial compliance, board support, and corporate governance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, schedule, attend, and minute board meetings effectively.
* Provide administrative support for a diverse range of clients, handling general legal, company secretarial compliance, and other duties.
* Assist with onboarding new clients and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
* Incorporate companies, manage corporate restructuring, voluntary strike-offs, liquidations, and restorations.
* Prepare and file notifications with the relevant authorities.
* Ensure timely invoicing in accordance with client service agreements.
* Undertake research on behalf of clients and other fee earners.
* Contribute to business development by attending events, writing articles, and sharing knowledge with the team.
