Role Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our team. In this critical role, you will work closely with the advice team and senior leadership to implement and enhance our holistic financial planning model. The successful candidate will deliver bespoke financial solutions using advanced planning tools and technology to support individual & corporate clients in achieving their financial goals.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong passion for financial planning and a proven ability to manage complex financial situations. You will play a key part in delivering personalised financial advice, ensuring that the firm continues to lead the way in Ireland's financial planning sector.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop and deliver complete financial plans that cover investment strategies, tax efficiency, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. You will ensure that every financial strategy is built to meet the client's holistic needs.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing ongoing financial advice and support. Your ability to listen to client needs and craft tailored solutions will be key to your success.

Leadership and Strategic Contribution: You will work in the advice team and with senior management to shape the direction of the firm's financial planning strategy, ensuring it aligns with the long-term goals of the business and keeps pace with industry developments.

Advanced Financial Modelling: Utilise cutting-edge financial planning software, such as Voyant and CashCalc, to create detailed cash flow forecasts and financial models. Your expertise in using these tools will ensure the delivery of top-tier advice and planning services.

Compliance and Professional Standards: Ensure that all advice and services are delivered in full compliance with Irish financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Team Development: Provide mentorship to junior financial planners, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and maintain the high standards of the firm.

Key Requirements:

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification or working towards this accreditation

A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning, with a strong background in working with high-net-worth clients.

Extensive knowledge of Irish financial landscape, tax planning, retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning.

Proven proficiency in using financial planning software, particularly Voyant and CashCalc, with the ability to create comprehensive financial plans and mapping out solutions/scenarios.

Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects from inception to completion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial issues for clients.

Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach, with the ability to handle complex financial scenarios and problem-solve effectively.
