Elevate, Musgraves retail media & data solutions business offers clients a range of tailored & personalised media solutions across four key channels -in store, outdoor, online & direct to consumer.
We are now inviting applications for the role of Brand Activations Manager within the Musgrave Elevate Team.
We are open to applications from Cork and Dublin location.
Reporting to the Head of Elevate and working as a member of the Elevate Leadership Team this role is responsible for the following: Creation and delivery of a campaign management strategy and plans for the Elevate across the IOI.
Management and delivery of the annual campaign and marketing calendars ensuring accuracy, efficiency and alignment with business and client goals and revenue targets.
Deliver and evolve the Elevate opportunity for Musgrave, maximising brand campaign activations & operational plans to deliver on the budgeted revenue opportunities and ensuring these campaigns are delivered in line with client agreements, on time and to budget.
Working closely with Marketing & Loyalty teams on implementation of campaigns and management of own brand content management for implementation, in line with agreed ways of working & processes.
Collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g.
contractors and service providers) to ensure aligned ways of working and service delivery is of the highest standard.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration with the Loyalty, SuperValu Online, and Brand Marketing Teams across IOI.
Leading, managing and developing a high performing team of Brand Activation Leads to deliver best-in-class activations and campaigns that disrupts & impacts shoppers, driving strong sales, footfall and revenue for Elevate and its Clients.
Development of relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of the Elevate Strategy and commercial targets.
Building award winning campaigns to build the Elevate brand and proposition.
Working with Data & Insights Manager to ensure ongoing campaigns performance are being measured and monitored in line with campaign KPIs.
Delivering performance reporting in line with Brand Activations team KPIs.
Manage of internal team processes & documentation to ensure team are working efficiently, removing any non-value add activities.
Supporting & working with the Elevate Transformation project in the delivery of a smooth transition to new systems & ways of working, as we continue to evolve and improve our capabilities.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in retail media, with a particular focus on brand activations and campaigns performance.
Education, Skills & Expierence: Hold a 3rd level degree in either a Sales, Marketing or other relevant business discipline.
A minimum of 5 years in a Media Sales/Advertising role and in-depth knowledge of the Irish retail media market.
A specialist qualification in Media, Digital Marketing or Sales will be of advantage.
High levels of commercial acumen, excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of industries outside of FMCG e.g.
Health, Pharma, Automotive would be advantageous.
People management skills, leading and developing high performing teams experience is essential Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
Strong project management skills, Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
